YOU'VE GOT NITS! Helen's mum bellowed out who've you been locking heads with at school? Helen said a girl's name sit elsewhere have to sit where we're put Helen cried kneeling down as her mum combed her hair with a comb her mum sighed I'm sorry not your fault her mum said kissing her daughter's tear dampened cheek Helen's hair was washed with Derbac soap and her mum combed her hair through and through then later rinsed it through and combed it and combed it what a stink that stuff's got her mum said without her spectacles Helen was almost blind just a blur of colours and odd shapes but the damp kiss on cheek would last her long after the Derbac shampoo's reek.
