They say they don't believe in 'love at first sight', He did , was so sure he was right! The first time he saw her eyes, twinkling as those stars in skies, looking upon him with curious questions, Ah! he wished he'd answer those expressions, Her smiles, her grins, her unnoticed wink, all made his heart to cry and shrink, He gazed at her, couldn't utter a word, She was more precious than he could ever afford. Her touch as soft as finest fur, so warm, He simply couldn't help kissing her arm, And that, was the finest moment that had to occur, He was falling in love with his newborn daughter!
