The world is not my home, I'm only paying rent But I'll get back eternity for every moment spent I suppose I could indulge myself into an early grave Self inflicted injuries sustained at the microwave The world is not my home, I'm waiting at the door Eternal life through Jesus Christ As if you could do more Earthly creatures keep their eyes closed until the day they're finally hatched But if you stay wrapped up too long you may become attached The world is NOT my home I don't apologize Ultimately I would rather be Acceptable in His eyes
