My dreams are shooting stars
Unsaid desires and
Longing to be known
In a night so dark
My dreams tear apart
To reverse the flow
the tide of tears
It takes all my might
And yet, I don't know
Falling apart,
my dreams in the dark
It's nicer to be numb
To not feel a thing
The screaming within
The shrieking within
The shouting within
The silence within
That's cozy enough
To sink me in
My dreams are timeless scars
