Tender toes. Numb knees. Thickened thighs. Thinned sides. and pulsing arm. Pain and triumphant. aware and complete. Just a tare and a thread. Then you are no different than bread. Take it to you head. and then the bed. No sleepless night. without the thought To creep and linger, within ones head. Carry on, Carry on. Said once, by that foolish old man, who made bread.
