We fall away from each others lips with time
Realizing we had been so milignant and blind.
Your lips brushed against me again as you said.
"Is this the end...will we ever see each other again?"
As you left, I felt my heart start to crack.
This time i know i'll never have you back.
I continue to pray that one day you return.
But i am constantly reminded of all the love that you burned.
