The man had a shredded ear He could no longer hear His life was filled with fear Because a man shredded his ear The man was full of despair The remnants of his ear began to flare The mangled ear was covered by his hair To his family, the ear was a scare He went to the doctor to get it checked out He said amputation was necessary, no doubt The kids started to whine, but he couldn't hear them pout They didn't know how bad it was, then they found out Their lives had changed a ton For the daughter and the son The one thing the father would never hear Is the fact that his son shredded his ear
