Roses betrothed to her bedside They cling to one another for existence Wilted blossoms-they are Though dreary Bowing flowers ring out melodies of sorrow Enchanting aromas dance through the air Her heart keeps time Both beautys morn for the other Black tears slip though cupped hands Stripped of purpose-peddels drop In the end every rose fades... Call her rose tonight
