We were on a escapade. We took a break from ourselves. We ran away. We did things we've never done together And we did it on the first day. We sat beside each other. We knew each other's story. As the both clock hands stroked at that same upper direction, We continued to run. We held our hands and ran as we crossed the road We laughed during the wee hours like it was our last. We had fun. More stories to spew during the night More laughter. And like any other short story, things come to its end. We parted ways On opposite directions. There, the day ended. And so did our little relationship. It was short-lived But it was my memorable yet.
