You feel nothing but shame
Shame makes you want to hurt yourself
And nobody even knows when you feel this shame
You want someone to take you into their arms and hug you
You want to pour out all your feelings of hatred and disgust for yourself
But the thoughts in your mind mean absolutely nothing to them
