Once upon a time
Sleep was an escape for me

Time wears on
Now sleep is avoiding me
At first, I was a happy man
Who smiled at all he sees
But as you know
Life goes on
Now heartache is my company
I could live the lives of a thousand men
Traveling endlessly
But as you know
It takes a moment
To salvage sanctuary
