*Vulnerable and lost, I seemed to be blind, with his spirit aloft, keeping me in bind. At his words I laughed, like his mate I was, those scars that he carved, with hearts that he toss. A friend was all I asked, and will be all I get, with a smile I'll be masked, and feelings that I'll forget.*
