your eyes ablaze.
i want you to be mine,
though you never come
i try to call out for you,
but my lips go numb.
i want to touch you,
know that you are there
but i know it can never be,
because love is never fair.
i am sitting at the park,
i am present but no one is home
i ache for touch, for a soft kiss,
but forever i will wait, all alone.
