First off, how deep is the fear inside you? Is it to the point were you stress &/or get physically sick? Or is the fear just a constant under the surface?
Secondly, do people who you care about hold you back so that it's hard finding yourself? Are there too high of expectation that force you to meet them so you please them? (expectations can sometimes smother and you fit into who they want you to be and the real you is still deep under the surface...)
Thirdly, does society scare you and is it connected to your constant fear in general? Will you be able to find yourself if you let the fear of not being accepted into society take over as it does now...?
Finally, what I want to know is...do you want to find yourself??? I think it's the most beautiful thing in the world and it's less painful to be truthful to self than to lie to self. I believe you can find yourself. I know it's not easy and I won't say that you'll lose a few people along the way (friends), but don't you think that finding yourself will help you over come fear and to build deeper relationships with others? I think you have a strength deep down that you just don't know of yet. Find the strength through freedom...that is the strength in you. I encourage you to want to free yourself from fear. I have faith that you can do it. ^o^ Hope this rant wasn't too long and that you read it all. I just felt like I needed to get all my thoughts out to you and try to help. Praying for you! ^o^
