The madness is what causes me to find healing. Madness is where I find the answers to the happiness and consistency I have today. No pain. No gain!

I love finding poems on here of hope . That's one reason I became a member. My road has been difficult but I have found life and the desire and ability to keep moving forward. I am responsible for me. Not meds, psych docs, family, nor friends... I am my only hope!

nice thought.  What it has to do with poetry is beyond me. You have made a statement.  Poetry will use the magic of words and imagination to tell.  If we have no definitions about what poetry  is, if any thought ever written is a poem because it calls itself so, its all fake news.  This comment is a poem.  The ad in the frozen food section is a poem.   No.  Show us madness in poetry.
Read poems by Rimbaud, or Artaud.  Be a poet; words of wisdom is not that.
