It was there in the loud room that my heart went quiet
The vibrant chattering was a sight I observed
But no one noticed how peturbed I was
Or that I had realized I would never fit in
Everyone saw through my facade of being the major puzzle piece
When like a slow car on the highway
Around my head the chit-chat dodged
As if it was agitated by my prescence
This is what I am running away from
In my desperate sprint to flee from this place
I do not like it here because this place seeks to evict me
To remove a stranger from its midst
