Light breath and blood
Flood in like smoke
Choking on the haze
Raised in hope
Roped in with help
Scalpel separates us
Us is broken
Awoken from the night
Lighting up the sky
My heart persisted
Red from blue I bleed
Breathe unassisted
I survived
