For anyone who has grown up with an abusive stepmother, knows getting over your childhood is not so easy. The only thing I learned was how not to treat my children.. the day we turned 18 we had to leave the house. She referred to us as white trash when our father wasn’t around. she created a divide between our half brother and half sister which exist to this day. another generation of entitlement and distain
