as the stars come out to play at night.
Life is so much more interesting and worthwhile,
as you come to appreciate it and realize that everyday is a gift.
You strive to make others smile with you,
as you whisper words of tranquility into their ears.
You have the gift of self-expression,
and are able to communicate your thoughts well.
People not only believe you but, in you.
They pick up your book and can't put it down.
Excitement starts to build within your readers,
as they carefully move through each word in every page.
Taking in all of your brilliant thoughts and ideas,
as tears of joy stream down their faces.
You know you are a poet when,
everyday is inspiring and filled with motivation.
You live to pick up your pen and express yourself,
even when there aren't any words left inside.
