Penetrated through my skin. Releasing all this pain within. Embedded deep with blood ran red. Tired of all these tears I shed. Bring on the stinging, take on the harm. You really didn't think my silence was an alarm? Now to sit here and watch me bleed. Lacking the love and support I desperately need. I am no hero, throw away my cape. I'm a victim of selfishness, lies, and **** Sitting in this corner feeling so much shame. I did this to myself. I'm the one to blame.

I self harmed when I go through these dark cycles with my OCD. I would punish myself because of the intrusive thoughts I deal with.
