Thoughts will come, just refocus and continue 
Go to it you have only to gain...you will feel better and better 
Life throws  pain at all of us and pain makes us constrict. Constriction causes more pain The breath expands us in the opposite direction. Sit down in a chair and see what happens.

Continue to express and persevere despite the hopelessness. I'm not much older than you, but in terms of what the world looks like today, I may as well be a century older. I still remember a time when social media and all this negative venom did not exist, and I hold out hope that someday we may all return to a more meaningful and less vain, less demoralizing and hopeless time.

Just keep in mind that everything you endure in life is all meant to teach, strengthen, and test the boundaries of who you are.  Obviously such lessons are easier taught than learned, but the Lord allows only the things that He has planned, and He is not in the business of abandonment... unless, perhaps, you have abandoned Him, which is not the case when seeking His aid and guidance, as noted in this poem.  Stay strong, use these emotions, and continue to draw upon them to create more beautiful pieces that you can look upon later, as a reminder of the new-found strength you will have.
