I totally see truth here, Christine; I felt a similar way this year, though I could never find that right time to scream myself, oh but there was surely screaming on the inside of me.  I like the first two lines as well...I surely sense my own truth in those two lines.  Thanks for sharing and I certainly hope for the better!
