I struggled with this for a bit until I realized they were just asking because they care. It may be an annoyance...but atleast they&#8217;re asking/exasperating and you&#8217;re not alone.

wonderfully put. I hope you can fight through. Those people are looking after your well being. I understand the frustration, but you shouldn't blame them for caring for your well-being. It's a journey, and the people who are there every day for it are the most precious
