It’s raining in my heart, my love. Melancholic pools are filling each weakened vessel, Flooding the fragile chambers that pump my intoxicated blood. Sadness consumes me, as gentle droplets of sorrow trickle down the contracting arteries, and tears sting my eyes. A storm is raging now. Don’t let me drown.

Melancholia.
