One day I will be like you I won’t drift and drown I won’t fall out of line And one day I will see the world as you see it too No melancholic stupor Will hit me And one day I will have flesh around my flesh A warmth that I should feel to my bones And one day I will be desired for more than an exoskeleton. And one day, I will have the means to get up and stop being me No I will be you And you will be me I will learn my lesson backwards Just like everything I do You will get it right away Cause that is how you do And then you will be jealous of me You will wish you could also see The world as I see it through.
