"what's your favorite place in the world?", he asks her. the girl stops in her tracks, unwavering but astonished. she looks back into her past. she reminisces the dark pandemonium she had been trapped in for too long. one of narcissism, hate, and judgement. amongst it all was the light she continued to admire yet could not grasp. right now, her light is asking her that very question. she stares blankly at the boy, gaping at the thought that he asked her of such. the boy smiles. "high school cafeteria", she replies with her eyes gleaming of nostalgia. a small crescent-like smile forms on the bottom of her face, looking down on the floor. the boy chuckles and fleets his mind to the same memory. his face lights up and grins widely. the girl chuckles back as her heart breaks when she realizes that… his light was someone else
