A heavy feeling lands in a lap. Thoughts start. And don't stop. Leading to forbidden places. Constantly. Helpless. Paralyzed. Uncontrollable fear, denial, despair, control is missing. Pieces fly everywhere. Dizziness. Gasping. Blind rage. Irresistible torture. Falling. Crawling. Begging and pleading. For something new. A speckle of hope. Nope? Dope.

Distressed Out
A heavy feeling lands in a lap. Thoughts start. And don't stop. Leading to forbidden places. Constantly. Helpless. Paralyzed. Uncontrollable fear, denial, despair, control is missing. Pieces fly everywhere. Dizziness. Gasping. Blind rage. Irresistible torture. Falling. Crawling. Begging and pleading. For something new. A speckle of hope. Nope? Dope.
