Such things swirl in his mind Yet, the poet sheathes his pen Looking outward he shall find Some words are best left within A heart of ice and eyes of glass Offers no forgiveness, but this too shall pass

Unlovely Words
Such things swirl in his mind Yet, the poet sheathes his pen Looking outward he shall find Some words are best left within A heart of ice and eyes of glass Offers no forgiveness, but this too shall pass
Sometimes we harbor unlovely desires Disdain, wrath and building fires A soul so heated becomes unclean And become they whom we originally seen So let not unlovely words sour your mind There are far more beautiful ones to find
