always chasing freedom free, land of me, home of the brave aMErica always chasing a break of that kit-kat bar, smoke break, beer break, "baby we need a break" always chasing a chance to let go- frozen in time stuck on the slippery ice crack crack crackling beneath your feet, one wrong step and you're g o n e always chasing a vacation, leave it all behind. cruise, voyage, bahamas, safari, paris, oui oui. high fly let the clouds cloud your memory of the Real World, just forget about it. you're safe here. always chasing sleep, sleep on that big money mattress, fix your insomnia, better for your back, good for you and your partner. money don't fix your regrets honey. always chasing that last meal mcdonalds kfc arbys wendys taco bell burger king eat it eat it eat it, take your car to the shop, oil up! always chasing time tick tock tick tock tick ticking on that clock wasting, wasting, running out, gone always chasing that sun, waiting waiting waiting for it to set down below the ocean bubbling up to the surface on the other side of Us always chasing that moon to shine on bright through your window light up that luminescent face starry night always chasing the fight wait wait waiting for it be over wait waiting to be right. on. time. always chasing always chasing i'm-- all ways chasing
