Before you
I saw myself with someone else
Obviously, it's not with you
I dreamt of spending my life with
who is again - not you
I wanted two to three kids running around
yet still not around you
And years after it all just ended
I was broken but, of course, not by you
Felt unworthy and unloved
Thought I won't find someone new
In the most unexpected time of this thing called life
that's when I met you
I laugh and cry over stupid things
all because of you
The simple dates we always have
plus the tasty food made by you
As I sleep and when I wake
Hoping I would be right next to you
Now when I envision my future
I can't see myself without you
Contented with this life
and I will always want you
You are my everything rolled into one
No one can ever equate you
Indeed I am **** lucky
and I'll forever be grateful to have you
Never will I let you go
In different lifetimes i'll always choose you
I'm just waiting now for the perfect time
When I can finally tell you
"I DO."
