A lake beside that I sat, On that garden bench. My hands holding your hat, But you weren't there. Light went to sleep, I sat there still. Stillness grew deep, You didn't come but believed you will. I cried to moon, Counted the stars. He whispered softly in my ear, "She went away soon!?" I kept your adorable hat, Besides me as you. I felt asleep in a minute, Neither I returned, Nor you. We just lost ourselves.

We Lost Ourselves
