Well, a match soaked in gasoline will not light if you attempt to strike it. However, if lit in any other fashion, it will flair up and burn.

HAHA!  not a better analogy in existence.

Though scientifically speaking the match would then be much harder to light on it's own but . . . sometimes you just gotta role with it you know. Take the logic part of  the brain and kick it in the stomach.
