Pulsing anger flows through me Roaring sadness pulls me under hold it in My mind is flying hold it in Heart is pounding in my ears i am slowly sinking, slowly breaking into a million little pieces hold it in Sorrow and tears rear up and trample me knocking me down hold it in Hot, boiling anger runs through my veins hold it in! and i just can't hold it in You have to My mind is spinning, flying, spiralling out of control Heart thunders, pounding like drums in my ears HOLD IT IN! scream laugh cry fly fall try fail yell sing smile frown grow shrink sink float pain happy sad sorrow joy love hate light dark family enemies pain pain pain shatter fall breaking I break I scream but nobody hears me I can't breathe h o l d i t i n NO.
