This heart is a meteor & you are a dream Entranced by space dust & frozen air Foreign elements catch aflame in transit Black holes & supernovas explode As this meteorite decends I drop from the dark heavens just to be closer to you Fading memento of our warm embraces I hold in the depths of my frigid soul Earthbound gravity bottoms out Falling headlong into a sky of disaster Striped gardened fields & waterways Pull the focus further into view Second by grueling second the meteoric face begins to burn into inferno status A tail of fire trails across the thinning atmos Even Hell's breath would cease if only for a moment Just to see you once again, my Earthling Friend
