Toes poke out of the hot bed sheets, Each taking a gasp for air as they uncurl. A leg follows, then a hip, And as the chest began to take its turn, it froze. Tugging, harder and harder to indulge in oxygen. But alas, the skin remained under the cloth, now molten lava.

Dysphoria
Toes poke out of the hot bed sheets, Each taking a gasp for air as they uncurl. A leg follows, then a hip, And as the chest began to take its turn, it froze. Tugging, harder and harder to indulge in oxygen. But alas, the skin remained under the cloth, now molten lava.
