Today I close a chapter
Not with a happy ending
Or with miraculous love
I close a chapter of lies
With deep sorrow
And undying loss
I close a chapter of pain
With hope to survive
Mending a restiched heart
Ive re-read this chapter
To an utmost fault
To where I could recite it by heart
With childish dreams of a different story
I close my eyes tight
And pray for the ending ive always wanted
But I am not the author
Nor the story teller
Mearly the character

I miss you
