Yet that's all you do
You know I hate feeling insecure
Yet you make it your mission to point out
ALL of my flaws...

I don't know why it took me this long to realise that
You weren't the one for me...
You didn't handle me with care
You never made me feel safe in this 'relationship'
And I'm pretty sure
You never loved me...
You went behind my back and said some nasty things
Then act like it meant nothing
that I'm just overreacting
But I know my feelings are valid
You did what you did
knowing it would hurt me
But instead of being accountable and maybe saying
You're sorry
You passed the blame onto me
You shouldn't have worn that dress
It made you look bulky
Or maybe you should apply more makeup
I could still see that disgusting face of yours.
And for a long time, I thought this was love.
