If I could put the words together
To tell you how I feel about you
I would wrap my arms around you
To tell you I love you
But, I guess I will just search forever
To find the words to put together
And some days I just feel I'll never
Find the words that say I do
The words are in me somewhere
I just hope one day I'll find
A way to put to paper
What is written in my mind
The words are in me somewhere
They're somewhere in my head
I just hope I get them out
Before I end up dead
I wish that I could say my thoughts
as easily as others do
And get the words together right
And make my thoughts sound new
If I could form a sentence, then a phrase
that tells you how I feel
I'd write the words I love you
And the feeling would be real.
