The world still turns with the same noise it always had— voices arguing, storms forming somewhere beyond the horizon. But I no longer live inside that noise. I stand on steadier ground now. A place where thoughts move slowly enough to understand them, where emotions no longer run wild without direction. It took time to build this quiet place. Time, patience, and the courage to face the parts of myself that once felt impossible to hold. Now when the wind rises I do not run from it. I stand still, breathe deeply, and remember I am stronger when I choose balance over chaos.

Steady Ground
The world still turns with the same noise it always had— voices arguing, storms forming somewhere beyond the horizon. But I no longer live inside that noise. I stand on steadier ground now. A place where thoughts move slowly enough to understand them, where emotions no longer run wild without direction. It took time to build this quiet place. Time, patience, and the courage to face the parts of myself that once felt impossible to hold. Now when the wind rises I do not run from it. Finding strength in stability and learning to stay grounded.
