The world still turns with the same noise it always had— voices arguing, storms forming somewhere beyond the horizon. But I no longer live inside that noise. I stand on steadier ground now. A place where thoughts move slowly enough to understand them, where emotions no longer run wild without direction. It took time to build this quiet place. Time, patience, and the courage to face the parts of myself that once felt impossible to hold. Now when the wind rises I do not run from it. I stand still, breathe deeply, and remember I am stronger when I choose balance over chaos.

Steady Ground
Deep in the darkest corners of the mind, through the corridors you will find, the thoughts slowly skulking along, and everything just feels so wrong, the tricks it plays, putting the host in a haze, reality or not, who can tell encompassed in an unpenetrable shell, it blocks out the guiding light, burying it far out of sight, in the dark is when it does the most, turning into your own personal ghost, filling the brain with endless ideation, begging you to bring it into fruition, but if you work hard then you just might, eradicate that suicidal parasite

Parasite
Because of you my life is tainted, By the hellish landscape that you painted, Sometimes I wonder how different my life would've been, If what I encountered had been seen, But it was behind closed doors, Leaving me lonely in the moors, My innocent heart, It was torn apart, All the fragments spread, And I'm at the mercy of the voices in my head, They so to move on you need to forgive, But you've left me with trauma I always relive, Sometimes I wanna **** you and scream "F#ck you!" And I know my parents do too, But you're not worth the time I'd have to serve, So I just hope one day you'll get what you deserve, Maybe one day I can tear apart the hell you painted, And leave my life a little less tainted

Tainted
You better keep your head up my dear Do not let them steal that crown, You've worked so hard and come so far. Don't let them make you feel like you deserve to be treated unfair. You were not born in this world, For others to make you feel small. You are bright, your energy is so big And the world needs you to share more of it. Don't listen to them when they try to dull your sparkle. Don't believe them when they try to convince you that you will never get better. Don't let them make you feel like you aren't good enough. Because my God, I promise you, You are so much more than just good. You are strong, And wonderful, And resilient, You are kind, And courageous, You have a beautiful soul. Anyone who tries to get in your way as you begin to heal and to progress, isn't worth investing a single thought into. Be proud of yourself, You've grown You've endured And you're still growing. Be proud of yourself. You're healing, and not everyone is going to clap for you, some people are just bitter. Clap for yourself and carry on. Be your own cheerleader! Keep that head up, adjust your crown and keep walking. -This is resilience

My therapist once told me that-" You are lucky, because you are aware of your problems. You know where you stand and what is troubling you. You also have the ability to explain what Haunted you last night and that is difficult. You also seem aware about what you want out of your life. Your idea of an end result maybe blurred but you are aware of it. " I sometimes wonder that Most people do not even know what is killing them constantly but they are still living their life. Most people are unaware of their thoughts and what these thoughts mean to them . It takes them their whole life to realise that this is a problem they need to get rid of. It takes them their whole life to understand that this is creating an unhealthy pattern and they are falling prey to it with each passing day. She also explained that-" The biggest problem you face is walking and acting on the path in between. You mess up in between and lose a sense of the beginning as well as the end. You mess up and panic and lose yourself." It's so weird that we know that we will have to walk down a road to reach somewhere but our visions are so fainted and blurred that the answers to basic questions are far fetched. We are often surrounded by several Questions like; which road to walk upon? What direction to choose on the road? Whether to follow the busy road or the road less taken? What is my destination? Do I even want to walk right now or just relax and put myself back together? Do I really want to walk upon this road? Am I choosing a life I always wanted to live? Am I ready to accept all the hardships that are coming my way? Would I be content and satisfied after giving my all to something? It's okay to not know the answer of each and every question that comes your way, it's okay to not be able to choose a direction for yourself and decide whether you will be content with it or not. But it is always important to come in contact with your inner conscience and make yourself aware about you. It is important to understand your problems and help yourself understand that you are required to eliminate them because they may **** you. Self acceptance is difficult but it is the best gift you give yourself.
