I think I met my soulmate,
but he doesn't believe in fate.
I gravitate to him like the planets to the sun,
but instead of staying, he goes for a run.
I felt like I know him for multiple lifetimes,
being with him calms the chaos in my mind.
He said that I deserve more,
but couldn't he just stay and close the door?
