I have one body it's mine alone something that nobody else can own but, I don't really feel at home Not since you laid your hands on me now in the mirror that's all I see It's like a solemn guarantee that comfortable I'll never be You left bruises all over me fingertips that left a tole not on my body but my soul but, that was always your goal I've never been more unprepared this broken leaves you feeling scared It's something that can't be repaired Because in you I've been ensnared

mirrors only reflect what society sees
I have one body it's mine alone something that nobody else can own but, I don't really feel at home Not since you laid your hands on me now in the mirror that's all I see It's like a solemn guarantee that comfortable I'll never be You left bruises all over me fingertips that left a tole not on my body but my soul but, that was always your goal I've never been more unprepared this broken leaves you feeling scared It's something that can't be repaired Because in you I've been ensnared
I'm just kinda working through some stuff
