I use to experience a shadow figure in sleep paralysis, they would stand in the corner or by my bed, covered in black. I would try and scream and try to wake up. 
I&#8217;ve been dragged out of bed into my closet, dreams that felt too real. My shadow was grand, and angry I was denying it. 
I once heard that if you approach your shadow dream figures with love, they will transform, and sure enough, I told it with courage &#8220;I love you&#8221; and it burst into butterflies and I&#8217;ve never seen them again. 
My last paralysis was when I was 22.

I hate it when I get sleep paralysis. But last time I got it I was brave to face it. Hehe. I think it got something to do with poor sleep habits.
I am curious to know what was your sleep paralysis like.
