"The inward eye is the bliss of solitude" / - William Wordsworth
My apologies for what I said I didn’t know which words to choose inside my head What I meant to say I can’t quite explain What I’d like to express lies on a different plain I stumble and st-t-t-tutter over letters Play hide and seek with nouns My mind speaks a different language Than the one I’m using now Lost in translation In translation lost Translation in lost In lost translation Lost In Translation.

Lost In Translation
I met a friend today She was swearing blue Traveling the same way as me What a wonderful way to meet I innocently said hi She turned and gave the brightest smile Side by side we rode She told me of the old About the stars and the foretold She told me Love is the key to grow I met a friend today He’d grown his hair and beard long Seasoned with age Though skin and bone to him was no cage With no second to waste He didn’t hesitate to speak his mind He raved about love and peace About money and tree's About the birds and bee's He told me Love is the key to never grow old

Love Is The Key
The first time I saw you was from behind, that was enough. I guess that will be enough, now again.

First Time I Saw You
On this ocean I float And I melodize my song Sing along if you join my tide When we croon Together morning ‘till noon We sleep better at night Hearts stay in tune Over distances in spite Of waves rippling through our lives Some great, able to separate But third eye ablaze You're always in sight I too have feared the undertows But even if you’re caught below Don’t inhale the salt And to the surface you’ll float When I’m alone I whistle with the winds The melody that healed my wounds And if the waters splash I don’t kick and thrash The brine can’t burn my flesh An anthem sublime Rains from the sky Returned to the ocean by the clouds Every drop resonates The horizon vibrates From the pounding of our tribe Turn your head around Don’t stare at the depths below Your breath you’ll find comes from The direction of the Sun

If You Join My Tide
I didn't know Love could be made to hibernate but if it's like the four seasons I know spring is on its way

Spring Is On Its Way
Opened my eyes, Thought I was lost and blind, 'Till I met the Sunrise, Found myself already safe on the Oceans other shoreline As light fades, I rest in the lotus, Counting stars as they appear. 'Till I meet the Sunrise, 'Till I see you again, my Dear.

I Met The Sunrise
This river carried me to your ocean And in your shores it was safe to play But as the tides and currents flow I found myself swept out to the deep I began to swim, my aim was to breathe I was only creating waves Salt I my eyes, I couldn’t see Now I’ve learnt to float Water carrying me And now I touch the stars above me I AM where the skies and seas meet

I’ve Learnt To Float
Your spirits strength I've seen, More amazed, never have I been, It reverberates from the lion roar, Echo (echo) to the core, Inside the mane you reside, Yet ever so bravely; playfully you stride! Swinging madly on Gods dreadlocks, Your pendulum of ethereal knots, Twines of love mirroring yours, Synchronized rhythm, an unstoppable force.

Love Is A Fire
My heart beats, ”I love you” in morse code And it skips a few when you Graze your hand against my cheek When your toes tickle my feet You’ve got three freckles on you collar bone That I never get tired of counting You touch me like rain in sunny weather You’re the grass I lay in to look at the sky You’re the summit I reached to breach cloud nine You’re the sun rise of my life I never thought I’d be one to write love songs But it’s all I do when I stroll on my own July 8th became, and will forever and ever be my favorite date We kissed before we ever spoke the words “hello”, “how are you?” “Do you like music?”; “Do you like to travel?” “What’s your favorite color?”; “What’s your favorite weather” We were unconventional right from the start and I heart our unconventional love Butterflies still flutter out of my mouth they flooded my stomach when I first cast my eyes On you, it was just from behind then we locked our eyes and love suddenly bloomed Dear, every thought of you is music and I love to blink So I can glimpse at the mural of you I’ve painted inside *My heart beats, ”I love you” in morse code And I know I hear yours beating it too*
