I have a past...but I don't live there anymore. From what I know there is much more for me in store. When I looked back I saw a world of memories, dreams, and pain A broken record, a big ugly stain. But now I look back and see that everything that happened to that little girl so long ago who has awakened, Has become the stronger version of her And even though it might just be a blur I'm not broken, or forgotten. For I am who I am Not who you think I am. Not who you want me to be I am me

A forming Future
Sometimes I thought I stood alone to wander Through difficult paths I would walk asunder. Sometimes I wondered if you really did care And if you had feelings at the time that seemed so rare. But now when I look back I see that you tried You lifted me up and stood by my side You were there when I would cry You would bring me joy and wipe my eye. And now in this room I solemnly stand And wonder how my life got so bland You fought by my side but through my trials I left with pride And now I wonder why did I grow up? When I often chose the hard way and the bitter cup Oh how I want to be a child again Playful, Joyful, youthful, and where innocence had once been. You walked me through my path showed me the better half and now that you're gone I wish I just had 5 minutes to spare I would show How much I care you've helped me with the person i have become and now my legacy has just begun

A child again
“…things long by catholic consent accounted beautiful” -Quiller-Couch An act forbidden now, we go to weep On Skyros at the grave of that rare youth Where buried with him are the unities Of all: the good, the beautiful, the true For men have flung away their thoughts, their songs Their verse, their noble instruments of work And scream abuse at all those forms of art With which their sires hymned chaos into peace A cause forbidden now, we work to keep For all: the good, the beautiful, and the true

Accounted Beautiful
Diversity is what sets us apart in blood, not in soul or in the Humans Heart So lets be bold Lets be strong Lets be humane Diversity is a long thread that weaves and braids the human domain As we stand together or stand alone The fact that we can change the unthinkable always remains

The Secret of Diversity
I am the type of girl who would love to travel the world and live life for what it is worth but I'm stuck in a body that wants to sleep all day cry myself to sleep, but why? who knows its been this way since birth I live in a world where clear skies are clear gray and peopel recgonize me as just anonether passerby and the person I'm trying to be is what the say is going astray the world has shut me out closed its door shut me down from freedom like its another thing to ignore               BUT- because I am the type of girl who loves movies loves her friends the people around her far and near that persuade her to dance in the rain be who she truly  is love the odds for who they are Is why I decided to stay here

Why I decided to stay
who are you when I'm not around through blank empty spaces and when you're nowhere to be found I've watched you grow up and learn from the point of where you were little and the point of no return you are some I hope to see glimmer in the unseen darkness a shadow to the world but a hope in the light with your dreams you hope to compress I listen I wait I hope Your dreams and miseries are not what they seem

Who you are supposed to be
I am for a world of equality I am for a person who needs a shoulder to lean on I am for the hardworking who never get noticed The people who stay up late at night To be around to be ready and focused Because the world around us wants to drift place to place with ease Without any work, hard work, Late sleepless nights to do what they pleases. I am for those who feel like they don’t have a place in this world the ones who don’t feel heard The ones who are judged for Being a nerd Their looks, their fears So I am here for you For you to know that you should stay Stay in the world that needs you More than ever You may not know, You may not see Just stay to see who are Truly supposed to be.

Isle of Isolation
A jawbone fit for a crown. The teeth rattle in their roots as they, or I, maybe we, search for perspective. A neat cut reveals pale skin too soft for the sun. Beneath layers of the less understood bones protrude with the rising moon. Taking sentiment with it. Ribs played with hammer and claw. A rending in pale soft light looks beautiful from the owls perch.. A mass left heaving and empty in a wheat field they or I maybe we see with closed eyes. *Three of the hour. A bleach white tower. Of fish bone and stench. An empty chalice enjoyed in a salt dried room. A bleach white tower to keep away the moon. A jawbone fit for a crown. The King of Bones, the Ocean drowns.*
