A mosquito bit me, because that was it's nature to feed
And I scratched that area, since it brought relief that I need
I wanted to crush that mosquito, but soon my intrusive thoughts was defeated
When I realized that the mosquito and I had now become blood related!!

I lost my partner the year I lost hold
But I remained, a breath in the still,
Not broken, just bending to a deeper will.
I found meaning not in what slipped away,
But in the silence that taught me to stay.
Now I walk barefoot through the unseen,
No longer tethered to what might have been.
This is my journey, I don't blink, judge or stare
No walls, no weight, just open air.
Where loss became the sacred key,
My childhood freedom whispered, come back to me.

No self, no ground, no final shore
Yet I cling to meaning, wanting more.
Om mane pedme hum the prayer wheel spins
In flux, in fire, where form begins.
I start, I end I build and I break,
Knowing all is dream, I am still awake.

Its descent is silent - as the sun sets
Here rarely anyone visits.
The Bluebird sings at the distance in the spruces,
As I touch the leaves of the forest ground,
I find rational breathing - here.
No religion - no opinions
As it offers themselves to me!!

Happiness retreats when we don’t fit the mold
We internalize that failure and put everything on hold
Daily validations to lift up our mood
All in an effort just to feel good
But we forget, Happiness is transient, not a permanent state
In seeking permanence, we miss the gate
To presence, to clarity, to an awakened state

I am, who I am
And made explicit!
Yet I am judged
For who I am not.
Clearly my arrangements
Inspired none!

Us and our arguments presupposed - You said I was wrong.....after much cogitation-through the perception of pain
I think you're right!
To have you in my heart, where you don't belong

The velocity of change
Each leaf drops......the last prepares for the new beginning
U-Haul to another exciting life.
