We come in orange shirts Picking up what you need from afar We only see grumpy faces that say 'keep the parcel there' and don't even smile or say thank you We try to find the location through GPS and at times go off track which compels us to hear their yelling for coming late What can we do? It was not done on purpose Now think of going to the 7th or 8th floor Can you please send a youngster to pick your parcel? It is exhausting to take the stairs after a long drive The elevators don't cooperate Our knees and spines beg for rest We ride and ride For some extras For the school fees For our parents treatment Sleepless Hoping things will get better One day Follow me on Insta @senitascorner

Delivery Diaries -2
While unknown pandemics and novel viruses shake the world There is an illness in incognito mode, Businessmen invest on it Fake religionists pull the crowd with it Media monetize it Society tries to pull you down with it It can shake your body Choke your throat when you take the stage It's called fear It comes like an arrow aimed at you In the form of words and deeds Just put it in your back pocket and go to the next level.

World's No 1 malady
You see me with novelty But I was just dormant My seniors Bubonic plague Small pox Typhoid Swine flu Have taken all the space in the wall of fame Virology gave me just a small space in its pages But now I decided to give a comeback To this planet with a new normal To add myself as an era to history. I migrate from country to country I'm indefatigable None can discover my place of stay I see people wash their hands Like they have touched a wet paint that will not go until its washed I can make the medical world go nuts As I change my genomes like morphing shapes Is there a way to curb me? Yes. You have to lock youself inside your house, Counting the days left to go back to normal My ears are flooded with the cries of the world but I am numb Numb to their feelings If you turn on your tv You'll enter into the world of madness made by me. Share markets stumble Work life crumbles All social beings grumble Noone to pray in the temple Incase if you wanna hear my name I am Corona Air's colonizer.

When there are different colors in a rainbow You accept it with a bow, When the same colour is on someone's face, Why call them a different race? Everyone's colour of blood is red Then why discrimination is fed? Why do you teach your children besides That some of their friends must be cast aside? Everyone is created by God's law Without a flaw. Then why should you be an outcast Because of your caste? We are all humans So let's be humane

As it has been told, China has got cold And has made the whole world sneeze Thus making everything around me freeze Is this too one of God's play? Was what I heard people say Each and every day One or the other becomes a prey We cannot give a hand As it is the only way to withstand But let us be beacons of light At this hour where everything has gone out of sight And the time has come For us to sing 'we will overcome'

We will overcome
People don't even smile, And it hurts for a while They say it with a command 'keep it there' But we don't think it's fair Sometimes we land up in a wrong place, Because of which we can't maintain the pace We at times take the steps, When we don't even have a bit of pep While some take a jolly ride, It is written on our heads that we must stride And we are looking forward to the day, When our pains will go away.
