Mata itu membiru duka lama yang menderu
Badai dan lindu mengantar jasad tubuhku
Terbilang sudah berapa kali kau dan aku berjanji
Diantara pagi haru dan sedikit isak tangis merdu
Aku suka kala kau menangisi canda tawa
terbawa pula hawa panas diantara kata berlalu
Rapat-rapat tak ada dalam bisik-bisik mayat
