We are kings of empty castles We sit on broken thrones Our thrones are filled with promises to everyone we know The rooms are filled with secrets We dare not tell a soul If we ever venture in The rooms will eat us whole We built the walls up strong And made sure they were tall Sometimes we stand up at the top We pray to God we'll fall We think we should cry out for help there must be someone to tell But it always seems much easier To be alone inside this hell
