I've never quite known how to describe love.
Somewhere between an unsettling ease crashing against a deep sense of belonging.
The constant beating of the waves making me unsteady.
I don't quite know how to navigate these seas.
A masterful captain at everything else.
I find myself unable to instruct my own footsteps.
It's a feeling of suffocation mixed with rising excitement.
The thought of you sends my mind into overdrive.
I'm not safe to do nothing else, but meditate on you.
In that moment when your name crosses my mind or comes into earshot, I am ruined for any task I have busied myself with.
And when we finally meet, your face shines more radiant than anything else, throwing me completely of balance only to be caught by the nets of your touch.
I suppose the only thing I know is that I'm falling in love with you...

Flaws don't give birth to people
Mistakes can't go into labour
Hatred can have spawn
Judgment can't consumate
Labour is what brings life
Labour pulls an idea into existence
You are not born for the knife
You are not born to give up on the distance
Your are not born of a flaw or mistake
For you were not mistook
You were labored for
You are not your flaws, but you are your laborers greatest creation!

This longing is no secret
Nothing to be kept in the dark
I'm going public with this
Stepping into the light!
This is not a want it's a must
It's not a feeling, it's a burning desire
I must put pen to paper
Before the words consume me
I must turn thought to word
Before the words overwhelm me
This is no tingle, it's an electrocution
My secret desire exposing all truths within!

Keeping warm through the night as friction turns to hear causing a blaze, a flame
Bright colors entrance and enchant as red mingles with orange creating a spectacular romance
Only to be put out, young flame your life ended to soon and your light never travelled far enough
Smoke leaves the only trace of your existence, let it suffocate those who scorned you!
